Check In & Check Out
Our check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., but we will be happy to make other arrangements if you are unable to arrive during this time or anticipate later arrival.
Early or late check-ins are subject to fees.
Check-out is by 11:00 am. There is high turnover and incoming reservations with our B&B, and so we are unable to accommodate late departures past 11:00 AM. Thank you in advance for your respect of our check out time allowing us to make sure each room exceeds guest expectations!
General House Rules
Our non-smoking policy includes all types of tobacco/marijuana (e-cigarettes, vaping etc.).
We are the ultimate animal lovers but unfortunately we do not accept pets for safety, comfort and convenience for our guests. However, service dogs are permitted.
Unfortunately we are not childproof and are unable to accommodate children, ADULT bookings only.
We also ask that all guests respect others peace and quiet after 10 PM.
No food in bedrooms.
Our room charges are based on two people occupancy with full breakfast included. We request a TWO night minimum stay on the weekends to allow you to enjoy the comfort of our waterfront home while exploring the beautiful Maritimes.
Cancellation/Early departure policy:
A credit card is required to hold your reservation however full payment is not taken until Check-Out. Early departure's will be charged for the remainder of the stay unless we are able to re-book the reservation.
We request that guests who must cancel do so no later than 48 hours prior to their reserved arrival date. In the event of a cancellation, we will do our best to re-book the room however, if unable to do so, appropriate charges will be administered to your credit card.
Sorry folks, No Refunds are given after check in.
A full home cooked breakfast made with lots of love and local ingredients will be served in the dining room every morning. We are happy to accommodate allergies and food restrictions - please advise us in advance.
We offer one free parking spot per room but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may be incurred while staying on our property.
Rooms and house use are for Registered Guests only. For the comfort, convenience, respect of privacy, and to ensure a quiet, quality stay for all of our guests, we ask that you do not bring in guests, family, or friends that you are visiting in the area. We are happy to pre-arrange tours with advance notice.
If room or supplies is damaged or requires an excessive amount of cleaning an additional fee will be charged directly to your credit card.
As required by fire code, and for the safety and security of all of our guests, we are unable to allow the use of open flames such as candles within our guest rooms.
We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur while on our property. We are not liable if there is an accident that occurs while staying on our premises.
Holistic Service Policies:
Provided on-site for our guests is a wellness center that offers Indian Head Massage, Reflexology as well as other holistic modalities. These services are not included in the quoted rates but are provided for additional rest, relax & mindfulness. The policies outlined above for Toba's B&B also apply for any holistic treatments.
